My journey in hospitality began in the cosy ambience of small restaurants in Spain, Denmark, and Germany. In these intimate settings, I discovered my deep-seated passion for the culinary arts and the broader spectrum of hospitality. Fueled by an insatiable desire for exploration, I set out on an adventure that led me to the bustling international restaurants of Hong Kong.

In Hong Kong, I expanded my culinary skills and immersed myself in the diverse and vibrant world of global cuisine. This experience became a crucial stepping stone for what lay ahead in my career.

A pivotal chapter unfolded in Bali, Indonesia, where I joined Alila Hotels, a company renowned for its dedication to sustainability, exceptional customer experiences, and cutting-edge design. Here, I played a key role in shaping operations, emphasising sustainability and enhancing the overall customer journey. The fusion of innovation and conscientious practices at Alila left an indelible mark on my approach to hospitality.

My journey continued to the enchanting Douro Valley in Portugal, where I became a part of Six Senses, a globally acclaimed brand synonymous with well-being and sustainability. In this role, I led initiatives to integrate sustainable practices into Food and Beverage operations, introducing fresh and innovative concepts that aligned seamlessly with the brand's core values.

Today, at Aethos, I find myself at the forefront of change, continually adapting to the dynamic landscape of the hospitality industry. Beyond operational excellence, my commitment extends to inclusivity, ensuring that every member of the team, as well as our guests, experiences the true essence of hospitality.
